ICOMAN 2026
ICOMAN 2026 · Co-host institution
Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-09-05
- Agreement. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these participation terms.
- Registration details. Provide accurate details. One account is for one person. Undergraduate students select Undergraduate; postgraduate students and general attendees select General; overseas participants select International. The committee may request proof of eligibility and correct an inaccurate fee category.
- Payment. Fees follow the selected category, plus an optional publication fee where applicable. Check the invoice breakdown and total before paying. For USD prices, the invoice states a fixed exchange rate and the IDR billing total. Registration is valid after payment is verified. Payments are non-refundable.
- Event access and materials. Zoom access is personal. Do not share access, record, or redistribute materials without written permission from the committee and the material owner.
- Code of conduct. Harassment, hate speech, and disruption are prohibited. Violations may result in cancellation of participation without a refund.
- Data use. Data is used to manage accounts, reviews, registration, payments, and the conference. Read the Privacy and data use page for details and committee contact information.
- Changes and committee authority. The committee may change the schedule, program, or format when necessary, including force majeure. The committee may cancel registrations that breach these terms or contain false information.
- Hosting partnership. A co-host institution supports the running of the conference and is named as a partner in official materials and on the website.
- Free paper quota. Each co-host receives a voucher code covering 4 paper submissions without the base registration fee. The SINTA 3 publication add-on remains payable by the author if chosen.
- Partnership fee. The partnership carries a fee, invoiced once the application is approved. The voucher code becomes usable only after that fee is settled.
- Committee review. Applications are reviewed by the committee, which may accept or decline them. The decision is sent to the contact person by email.
- Papers are still judged on merit. The voucher waives fees, not review. Papers from a co-host institution go through the same reviewer assessment and may be rejected.
- Institution details. The institution name, logo and website link are used to credit it as a partner on the website and in conference materials.
